Returns fall into two categories.

1. Items you wish to return under your right to cancellatio
2. Returns due to us supplying faulty or incorrect items.

1. Returns due to your right to cancellation;

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of receiving it. If you wish to cancel an order just contact us by email or phone within 7 days of it being delivered and make arrangements to return the goods. We will then, on receipt of the goods, refund the full price of the returned items including any delivery charges within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they are not faulty or are to the original order. If you do not return the goods we reserve the right to charge you for collecting them.

Under this right all items returned must be unused, in their original packaging and be fully resalable. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 as you are responsible for it until it gets back to us.

2. Returns due to us supplying faulty or incorrect items;

We do our very best only to supply quality products, however sometimes problems do occur. In these cases we will refund fully, including any delivery charges, all goods that are delivered faulty or not supplied correctly against the original order, or supply a replacement or alternative if you prefer.

You must notify us within seven days of receiving the goods that they are faulty or not supplied as per your original order. We will then collect the goods (in their original condition & packaging) or ask you to return them and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item; if you return them we will refund the return delivery costs.

We will deliver all ordered goods within 30 days of receiving the order unless an alternative delivery date has been specified. If we do not deliver your order within the specified time you are entitled to a full refund if required.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and have been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

All products supplied by urbastyle carry a 12 month guarantee unless stated otherwise on the product page. If a fault develops within that period we will repair or replace the faulty item at our discretion. We will refund you any return delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
